Biography:
Kushal began his graduate studies at the Ohio State University advised by Dr. Khanal at the AgSensing lab and received an MS degree in Agricultural Engineering in the Spring of 2021. He continued in the same lab for a PhD program in the Summer of 2021. His study focuses on multi-scale modeling of cover crop growth and ecosystem services using remote sensing, machine learning, and data analytics. Besides research, he likes soccer, hiking, music, and history.
